Flume conveyor TF
The Sormac flume conveyor consists of a stainless steel water flume conveyor connected to a subsequent Pulstar washer. The flume is used to create flexibility when incorporating leafy vegetable processing lines in an existing plant and/or to separate small stones, clay granules and sand particles from the product.
The water supply of the flume is connected to the pump tank of the Pulstar washer into which the flume terminates. At the end of the flume, a sand outlet with a pneumatic outfeed valve is provided in the bottom.

The flume conveyor type TF is used for all types of leafy vegetables.
Capacity
The flume is used for capacities from 300 kg to 3,500 kg/hour depending on product type and retention time.
