Automatic recipe conveyor RBA
The automatic recipe conveyor consists of a central conveyor belt with weighing hoppers over it. These weighing hoppers deposit pre-programmed quantities of ingredients onto the conveyor belt. To ensure that these quantities are of equal weights as far as possible, a vibrator supplies the product to the weighing hoppers.
The individual ingredients are tossed into the vibrators one by one from conveyor belts.
The weighing hoppers deposit the ingredients on top of each other in batches, at pre-set times. These times can be set depending on the capacity and batch size required.

The automatic recipe conveyor type RBA is used for all kinds of leafy vegetables and cut vegetables.
Capacity
The weighing and mixing system is used for capacities of 300 kg to 3,500 kg/h, depending on the type of product.
