Slice and wedge cutter F-2000XL

The semi-automatic slice and wedge cutter of the F-2000XL type cuts large size fruit and vegetables into wedges and slices. The product must be positioned manually in the holder. The cutting mechanism can be driven directly by pressing two start buttons on the machine’s side.

The machine uses a motor with an actuating rod to produce the perfect cutting pattern. This guarantees that a constant cutting quality can be achieved even with regard to different products.

The machine can produce both slices and wedges. You only need to change the cutting mechanism. Thanks to the quick release system, the change can be quickly achieved.

Product specification

The slice and wedge cutter of the F-2000XL type cuts fruit and vegetables into wedges and slices. Cutting into wedges is possible up to a maximum product diameter of
300 mm. Cutting into slices is possible in relation to products that have a maximum diameter of 190 mm and a length of 250 mm at most.

Capacity

The maximum capacity of the semi-automatic F-2000XL slice and wedge cutter is 800 pieces per hour.
