The product is transported from the wet bunker to, for example, an inspection table by means of a PVC slide chain and swanneck.
For protection, a safety rack has been mounted on the bunker.
The wet bunker is particularly suitable for buffering potatoes after scraping or peeling. The volume of the wet bunker is about 600 liters of water.
The buffering capacity is about 200 kg of product.
