CBS batch peeler now suitable for baby carrots and baby potatoes
The upgraded CBS peeling machine can peel batches of baby carrots or baby potatoes. The machine processes pre-washed product using a coarse carborundum disc and then polishes it with a finer disc. This two-step process delivers outstanding peeling results.
Suitable for small products
The new carborundum disc allows for the processing of products with a diameter of at least 5 mm. Rubber strips protect the product from bruising. This ensures a perfect finish for, for example, baby carrots and baby potatoes.
Capacity
The CBS has a processing capacity of 25 kg per batch and an input capacity of 240 kg per hour.
