Sormac is expanding!
Sormac is growing. As well as increasing our workforce, we are expanding our capacity with more equipment. The new press brake is a good example of this. This investment enables us to double capacity in one fell swoop.
Press brake
Last month on LinkedIn we shared the happy news that the new LVD hydraulic press brake, type Toolcell 220/40, had been driven into our production hall. The machine was subsequently installed by LVD engineers. Finally, last week, the new press brake became operational.
Efficiency and accuracy
The new press brake is a fully equipped hydraulic press with built-in tool changer. This means that the punches and dies can be changed automatically. This simplifies the work process and makes it more efficient.

The machine bends with higher accuracy and speed. This ensures that we have even better control over the production process and therefore our motto holds true: ‘small details, big difference’.
