Sormac obtains ISO 9001 recertification
Last month the audit for the recertification of the NEN-EN ISO 9001:2015 took place. Sormac is proud to announce that it has once again obtained this quality management certificate.
ISO-9001 is the globally recognised standard for quality management. Key considerations in this respect are demonstrable quality improvements and adaptability in a continuously changing market. The certificate is a tribute to
Sormac’s ability to control, optimise and guarantee the quality of its processes, products and services, with the ultimate aim of increasing quality and customer satisfaction.
The certificate has once again been issued for 3 years. An external audit is carried out by TÜV Nederland on an annual basis, which is supplemented by various internal audits. This ensures the application of the quality management system throughout the entire organisation.
