Sormac stand packed with innovations: vegetable sticks machine type GSM-1200

For years, Fruit Logistica has been the perfect platform for us to present our offering. Many innovations and developments were presented at our stand. During the 28^th edition, we proudly presented the newest member of the VeggieLine range, the vegetable sticks machine GSM-1200.

With the vegetable sticks machine, the product is placed manually onto a v-shaped infeed plate. Closing the lid activates the slicing mechanism. The powerful pneumatic cylinder can cut hard products up to a diameter of 45 mm and a length of 80 mm. The cylinder presses the product completely through the knife unit, which is equipped with special blades to ensure perfect cutting results. The quick release system makes it very easy to change the knives.

Optionally, the GSM-1200 should be mounted on a special work table with a crate and a tray holder for raw and sliced product respectively.

The capacity of this model is approx. 1,200 pieces/hour.
